A Village is not made alone
A Village is made through relationships and in Collaboration.
The purpose of this Bridge House is to explore and deepen the context of Archan Villaging.
Quest - ions
We know how to hold initiatory processes for each other, but what comes after that? What happens when we all occupy Adulthood? What do we create? How do we celebrate? How do we source High Level Fun and Adventure?
Orientation
We are unfolding a particular dimension of Archiarchy, which is how to Be With each other, without pretending, without hiding, without needing to change other people’s Boxes.
We are here to Be With each other beyond their Box and our Box. We notice and sculpt the space in a Radically Responsible context, without punishment, without praise, with simple Neutral feedback and Loving noticing.
Rules of Engagement
This is a Radically Responsible Context where we are prepared to (and will) hold the processes necessary for us each to navigate to Adulthood.
We use Torus Technology for decision making.

Beyond The Horizon
For months what has been on my horizon has been the possibility tour coming to western MA and the Villaging Bridge House. I have discovered I don’t take time to celebrate, to feel the joy that is associated with completing something I care about, the joy associated with the result of effort I put in. I notice that there is a shame that comes up when feel and share my joy as if it’s showing off.
